# My transaction is stuck

See if your transaction is pending on the blockchain by going to a block explorer such as [Etherscan](https://etherscan.io/). Enter your Ethereum address and see if your transaction appears as pending.

 If it stays pending for a long period, you may need to speed up or cancel your transaction using your digital wallet. If using **Metamask,** you can use this [guide](https://metamask.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015489251-How-to-speed-up-or-cancel-a-pending-transaction). 

It may take several minutes for your transaction to show up on Etherscan. If you don’t see your transaction pending after a long while, your transaction may not have gone through. Check your wallet **activity/history** for transactions stuck in your wallet’s queue. 

You can try switching from Ethereum Mainnet to one of the Test Networks and then back to Ethereum Mainnet to clear this. (Or an alternative network like Polygon)
