How to lock $XYZ to increase voting power?

To lock $XYZ tokens, you should deposit them to the platform first.

Walkthrough

1. Go to the Universe.XYZ and click Governance on the DAO dropdown menu

2. Click on the "Wallet" and go to the "Lock" tab.

3. Select the lock duration with the predefined options or enter it manually (min - 1 week, max - 1 year).

4. Choose the transaction processing time and hit the "Lock" button.

5. Confirm the transaction in your wallet, pay gas fees and wait.

Congrats! You got your vXYZ bonus.

Bonus has a linear decay relative to locking duration. Locking your $XYZ will give you more voting power in vXYZ, but will not increase your $XYZ rewards in the xyzDAO.
