# How do I contact support?

We have a private Discord server dedicated to tech support services for Universe XYZ.

Our support service is only for people in **need** of **help** with the Universe platform. You **cannot** stay within the server. You will get kicked.

You can ask general questions and troubleshoot via the main channel: **#general-support**
